Personal data and identification
Following navigation of the Site, we inform you that the Data Controller will process your Personal Data that may consist of an identifier such as name, an identification number, an online identifier or one or more elements characteristic of your physical identity, economic, cultural or social conditions to make the person concerned identified or identifiable. Other Personal Data freely provided by you in the information request forms may be processed. The site does not require the entry of sensitive data, pursuant to art. 9.1 Reg. 2016/679/UE and the Data Controller assumes no responsibility in case the user enters this data independently.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users.
These data are used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered. We may process personal and/or contact data such as name, surname, email and telephone. Specific information will be presented on the pages of the Site in relation to particular services or processing of Data provided by the User or the Data Subject.

Methods of treatment – Storage times
The Personal Data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the same purposes as described above in compliance with the principles of minimisation and limitation of storage pursuant to art. 5.1.e) of the Regulation. In any case, the Data Controller will process the Personal Data for the time necessary for contractual and legal fulfillment. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed, as specified in the specific information.

Scope of communication and dissemination
Your data, subject to processing, will not be disclosed sold or exchanged with third parties without the consent of the data subject. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
– entities providing information system management services
– studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, on request.

– companies carrying out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the website

Transfer of data abroad
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third countries. Should personal data be transferred to third countries or international organisations in the future, all provisions of Chapter V (EU Regulation 2016/679) will be complied with in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to request at any time, access to your Personal Data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, obtain in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device the data concerning it, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulations. At any time, you can revoke ex art. 7 of the Regulation the consent given; propose complaint to the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 of the Regulation (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data WWW.GARANTEPRIVACY.IT) pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if it considers that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force. You can make a request for opposition to the processing of your data pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation in which to give evidence of the reasons that justify the opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to assess the request, that would not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms.
